C ~_~~vZ <br />CONTRACT <br />PROJECT N0.018046 <br />THIS CONTRACT is made. and entered into this 1sT day of ~~~ , 20~ <br />~~ •. by and between ~'~~~'~'.~"1~~f1.~ /'7~'~G7dlJ/C.''("Contractor"), whose address is <br />~•~`7'' B~ild/C/,9 ,and telephone number is ~~~-~~f~ ~,~ and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for Livermore- <br />Pleasanton Fire Department, Pleasanton Fire Station No.4, Project No. 018046. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />Work to be Performed. The work will generally consist of: construction of a new 7,545 <br />square foot single story LEED silver level certification fire station, including site and <br />building service utilities, site improvement, concrete foundation and slab, .wood frame <br />exterior walls with stucco and fiber cement siding, structural steel framing, wood roof <br />members and trusses, wood frame interior walls, exterior and interior finishes, <br />mechanical HVAC, plumbing system, fire protection system, electrical and signal system, <br />communication and data system, site paving, landscaping, photo .voltaic system <br />Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on <br />file with the Department of Public Works of the City and are incorporated herein <br />by this reference: <br />A. Plans and Specifications entitled the Livermore -Pleasanton Fire <br />Department, Pleasanton Fire Station No.4 and addenda thereto, if <br />any. <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br />C. The proposal submitted to the City by the Contractor. <br />2. Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor for work actually performed at <br />the lump sum prices set out in the Contractor's proposal to the City. Schedule of <br />value shall be submitted under provisions of Section 01300 for review and <br />approval of the City Engineer.
