Cll' 015068 <br />THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this ~ r day of /~"~~~^~~ , 20~_`' <br />by and between ("Contractor"), whose address is <br />t 1'-tats ~.u., ~t~.cxs ~ D 1~i~4c.e.~,t,r ~ ~~ end telephone number <br />is $! d • ~~~ • Saa f~ and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation <br />("City"). <br />WITNESSETII: <br />WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for STREET <br />LIGHT REPLACEMENT VALLEY TRAILS NEIGHBORHOOD, PROJECT NO. <br />CIP 015068. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Work to be Performed. The work will generally consist of Streetlight <br />Replacement in Valley Trails Neighborhood, Project No. CIP 015068. <br />The work will consist of removal and disposal of 159 existing streetlights (poles <br />and fixtures) in the Valley Trails neighborhood and installation of 159 <br />replacement streetlights (poles and fixtures on existing foundations). Some poles <br />may require shimming to account for settling foundations. Minor concrete work <br />(including removal and replacement of foundation) may be required, as well as <br />plant removal, and earthwork as necessary to perform the removal and/or <br />installation. Contractor shall be respansible for disposal of all material. <br />Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on <br />file with the Department of Public Works of the City and are incorporated herein <br />by this reference: <br />A. Plans and Specifications entitled the STREET LIGHT <br />REPLACEMENT VALLEY TRAILS NEIGHBORHOOD, <br />PROJECT NO. CIP 015068 and addenda thereto, if any. <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br />C. The proposal submitted to the City by the Contractor. <br />
