Hallgrimson, Esq. <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />Tract No. 4889, VALLEY BUSINESS PARK, PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered at Pleasanton, California this <br />August 25, 1981 , by and between: THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and <br />VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, a California general partnership, and <br />SENTE ASSOCIATES SEVEN, a California general partnership, each <br />having an undivided ownership interest in Parcel Numbers 1 through <br />40 of Tract 4889 as approved by Ordinance No. 928 of the City Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton (.VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES and~`iSENTE <br />ASSOCIATES SEVEN, hereinafter referred to as "Subdivider"). <br />WHEREAS, Subdivider has a tentative map for said tract, lying <br />within the boundaries of the City; duly approved by the Planning <br />Commission or the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all or a portion of the area of the tentative map is <br />presented as a "Final Map," a copy of said map is on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer, and by reference is included in this <br />agreement for all purposes as if attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, Tract No. 4889 is a resubdivision of Tract. No. <br />4326; and <br />WHEREAS, Subdivider has a Subdivision Agreement with the City <br />of Pleasanton for Tract No. 4326 dated March 11, 1981 and an amend- <br />ment to this Subdivision Agreement dated July 16, 1981; and <br />-1- <br />
