RESOLUTION NO. 2025-025 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING THE INVESTMENT POLICY AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Section 53646(a)(2), the City's <br />Investment Policy and Guidelines may be submitted to the City Council annually for adoption; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to the City Council such a policy document for fiscal year <br />2025/26 on June 17, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the policies and guidelines outlined in that <br />document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Adopt the Investment Policy and Guidelines for fiscal year 2025/26 as <br />reflected in Exhibit A. <br />Section 2.
