KUNGFU DRAGON USA SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

HOMETOWN HOLIDAY CELEBRATION SPECIAL EVENT SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of August 2026, by and between KungFu Dragon USA, located at 7071 Commerce Circle, Suite A, Pleasanton, CA 94588, telephone number (925) 688 – 8888 ("Sponsor"), and the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation ("City"). 1. Purpose. Sponsor agrees to provide financial support for the City of Pleasanton Hometown Holiday Celebration in exchange for the promotional benefits described in this Agreement. This sponsorship supports community programming by helping offset production costs. 2. Sponsorship and Cost. Sponsor has selected the Holiday Spirit Supporting Stage Sponsor level in the amount of $2,000. Benefits include: • Recognition as a stage sponsor for one event stage: Stage in front of US Bank on Main Street • Opportunity to provide a branded banner at the sponsored stage • 2 VIP viewing passes at the Main Stage • Acknowledgment in Library and Recreation Department newsletters • Recognition on the event webpage as a sponsor • Name and logo placement on event signage • Recognition in pre-event and post-event social media posts • Verbal acknowledgment by the emcee during the parade and tree lighting ceremony • One complimentary parade entry Demonstration: In addition to the sponsorship benefits listed above, Sponsor may provide a demonstration of its programs at the sponsored stage prior to the 5:00 p.m. parade step-off. The demonstration schedule, duration, content, and logistics are subject to City approval and will be coordinated with City staff no later than November 1, 2026. 3. Term. This Agreement applies to the City of Pleasanton’s Hometown Holiday Celebration scheduled for Saturday, December 5, 2026. Sponsorship commitments, including payment and any required materials (e.g., logos, banners, or in- kind contributions), must be received by: • Payment: Received by the City no later than August 14, 2026 • Logos: Received by the City no later than August 21, 2026 • Branded banner (if applicable): Received by the City no later than November 2, 2026. Sponsor is responsible for providing all logos, artwork, banner graphics, and other promotional materials by City - established deadlines. 4. Payment and Materials. To ensure proper recognition and event planning, all sponsorship payments and required materials must be submitted in accordance with the following: • Payment: Payment must be submitted to the City of Pleasanton by credit card, cash, or check payable to the City of Pleasanton. • Materials: Sponsor must provide all promotional materials (e.g., high-resolution logo, banner artwork) by the deadline above. 5. City Rights and Disclaimers. The City reserves the right to reject any advertisement inconsistent with its mission, values, or Sponsorship Policy. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement by the City of any product, service, or business. 6. Independent Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to establish a partnership or employment relationship. The Sponsor is acting as an independent entity.
