CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> pLEASANTONC MINUTES <br /> �` (V Tuesday, August 11, 2026 <br /> 6:00 PM <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 6:00 <br /> p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa*, Mayor Balch <br /> Absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Testa participated virtually for just cause and disclosed there were no <br /> individuals 18 years of age or older at her location. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mayor Balch stated that due to noticing, items 2 and 10 on the agenda will not be heard <br /> until 7:00 p.m. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: Jan <br /> Coleman-Knight. <br /> Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Councilmembers Testa/Eicher to adopt the consent calendar as <br /> recommended, except for item 2, which will be considered on or after 7:00 p.m. Motion <br /> passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> City Manager <br /> 1.
