STORM DRAIN AND PARKING LOT RESURFACING -157 MAIN STREET <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replacement and rehabilitation of the parking lot at 157 Main Street and <br />improvements to the storm drainage system in rear parking lot. <br />PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: The office building at 157 Main street was recently purchased to <br />address short tens office space needs and to obtain land that will be needed for a new City Hall office <br />building. The parking lot for this building is in need of repair and the rear parking lot has inadequate <br />drainage which results in temporary flooding during heavy rains.
