TRI- VALLEY TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPENT FEE RESERVE <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project establishes a reserve for Tri- Valley Transportation Development <br />Fees (TVTD) received last fiscal year for future transportation related projects. <br />PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: The City has received a payment of $450,000 in TVTD fees in recognition <br />of the City 's payment for freeway interchange improvements.
