Design and implement an appro- <br />priate plan for comprehensive services for this age <br />g~oup. <br /> <br />Explore the establishment of a network of medi- <br />cal/dental/mental health professionals who will <br />accept referrals of uninsured children/youn~ <br />adults. <br /> <br />Explore the establishment of high school campus <br />health clinics that are accessible, safe and afford- ' <br />able. <br /> <br />Establbh and maintain an up-m-date data base <br />and d~uinghouse of existing state, county, private <br />and non-profit physical and mental health <br />resounres for y~ung people of this age group. <br /> <br />Youth Master Plan of Pleasanton Implementation <br />Committee will invite members of the Pleasanton <br />Human Services Commission, Valley Community <br />Health Center and related agencies to work together <br />to gather data, design and implement a plan for <br />comprehensive medical, dental and mental health <br />setvice~ to the 18-22 year old population of <br />Pleasanton. This objective should be undertaken once <br />data has been raised and analyzed from the 2000 <br />census. Data should be collected regarding the actual <br />numbers of young people in this age category who are <br />without medical insurance. <br /> <br />Implementation should take place once the 2000 <br />census data has been released. <br /> <br /> <br />
