B. Will not compromise the Tower's structural integrity; <br /> C. Will not interfere with the operation of any existing or future Livermore or <br /> Pleasanton equipment or antenna on the Tower; <br /> D. Will not substantially increase the cost to maintain and operate the Tower; <br /> E. Will not interfere with the operation of any existing antennas placed on the <br /> Tower or Property prior to the execution of the License; and, <br /> F. All subcontractors working on the enhancements comply with the access <br /> requirements in the License, and that the City Manager confirms that the <br /> insurance obligations in the License and this Addendum are satisfied. <br /> 3. Enhancements subject to License Requirements <br /> All work for the enhancements performed by or at the Authority's request shall be subject to <br /> all terms and conditions in the License related to the Authority's use of the Licensed Areas. <br /> In particular, the Authority's enhancements are expressly included within the scope of the <br /> activities covered by the mechanics lien, indemnity, and insurance requirements in sections <br /> 8(B), 10, and 11 of the License. <br /> 4. Public Contracting Code and Labor Code Requirements <br /> The Authority has, or will, comply with all Public Contracting Code and Labor Code <br /> requirements applicable to the work to complete the enhancements. <br /> 5. Subcontractors <br /> The Authority shall include all subcontractors as insureds under its insurance policies or <br /> shall furnish separate certificates and endorsements for each subcontractor. All coverage <br /> for subcontractors shall be subject to all of the requirements stated herein and the License. <br /> 6. Acceptance <br /> Upon completion of the enhancements, the Authority shall offer them, along with all <br /> designs, plans, and other written documentation and rights therein for enhancements, to <br /> Livermore and Pleasanton for their shared possession, ownership, and use. <br /> 7.
