8. Partial Invalidity. If any provision or portion of this Addendum is determined to be <br /> invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is agreed that such invalidity shall affect only <br /> such provision or portion thereof, and the remainder of the Addendum shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> 9.
