COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> Real Property <br /> (Unimproved) <br /> THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT made and entered into this 3i r day of July 2008, by <br /> and between the County of Alameda hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY and GRAVINA <br /> PLACE LLC, dba Haps Original Steaks Seafood Restaurant hereinafter referred to as <br /> "LICENSEE <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, COUNTY owns certain real property within the City of Pleasanton outlined <br /> in yellow on the attached Exhibit A "the Exhibit A real property"). <br /> WHEREAS, it is to the COUNTY'S benefit that the Exhibit A real property be used, if <br /> said use does not interfere with COUNTY'S use of said property; <br /> WHEREAS, it is not necessary for COUNTY to use all the time that portion of the <br /> Exhibit A real property outlined in red. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, that for and in consideration of the mutual <br /> covenants herein set forth and the mutual benefits to be derived by the parties hereto, COUNTY <br /> hereby confers to LICENSEE the license and privilege to use, subject to COUNTY'S superior <br /> rights of possession, for purposes of parking 20 motor vehicles for LICENSEE's employees, <br /> patrons and guests, in and upon the real property outlined in red on the attached Exhibit A "the <br /> licensed area <br /> 1. DURATION. This license shall be on a monthly basis, commencing on July31, 2008 and <br /> ending July3I, 2010. <br /> 2. FEE. LICENSEE, without previous demand, shall pay COUNTY for the use of the licensed <br /> area the sum of five hundred dollars per month. <br /> 1 <br />
