COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> EXTENSION OF REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Southern Pacific Transportation Company, LICENSOR, and <br /> SPECIALTY SALES OF PLEASANTON LICENSEE, did enter into a Real Property <br /> License Agreement dated July 1, 1997, which said instrument licenses the use of the <br /> premises at "Niles Canyon Transportation Corridor County Road No. 8111, <br /> (Downtown Pleasanton Segment) more particularly described therein, and said Real <br /> Property License Agreement expires on June 30, 1997; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Real Property Agreement was assigned on July 1, 1991, to <br /> the County of Alameda by Southern Pacific Transportation Company; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of LICENSOR and LICENSEE to extend the <br /> term of said Real Property License Agreement for the period of time hereinafter <br /> specified; <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real Property <br /> License Agreement is extended for a period of one year, commencing on July 1, 1997, <br /> and terminating on June 30, 1998, with all other terms and conditions thereof <br /> continuing in effect, except as hereinafter modified. <br /> TERMS <br /> (1) FEE: Licensee shall pay Licensor the sum of Fifty and 00/100 Dollars <br /> ($50.00), payable in advance, for the use of the licensed premises during <br /> the term hereinabove set forth. <br /> Dated: S 1 19 I", <br /> LICENSOR LICENSEE <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA SPECIALTY SALES OF PLEASANTON <br /> O.
