COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> EXTENSION OF REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Southern Pacific Transportation Company, Licensor, and <br /> SPECIALTY SALES OF PLEASANTON <br /> Licensee, <br /> did enter into a Real Property License Agreement dated July 1, 1991, which said <br /> instrument licenses the use of the premises at "Niles Canyon Transporation <br /> Corridor" County Road No. 8111, (Downtown Pleasanton Segment) and <br /> more particularly described therein, and said Real Property License Agreement <br /> expires on June 30, 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Real Property Agreement was assigned on July 1, 1991, <br /> to the County of Alameda by Southern Pacific Transportation Company; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the Licensor and Licensee to <br /> extend the term of said Real Property License Agreement for the period of time <br /> hereinafter specified; <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real <br /> Property License Agreement is extended for a period of one year, commencing on <br /> July 1, 1996, and terminating on June 30, 1997, with all other terms and <br /> conditions thereof continuing in effect, except as hereinafter modified. <br /> TERMS <br /> (1) FEE: Licensee shall pay Licensor the sum of Fifty and 00 /100 <br /> Dollars ($50.00 per year payable yearly in advance, for <br /> the use of the licensed premises during the term hereinabove <br /> set forth. <br /> Dated: 1 9 11.0 <br /> LICENSOR LICENSEE <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA SPECIALTY SALES OF PLEASANTON <br /> gyi <br /> O.
