A. There is adopted by reference that certain code known <br />as the Uniform Housing Code, as more particularly <br />described in this Section, except such portions as are <br />amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, and the same <br />is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in <br />this Chapter. <br /> <br />B. Said code is the Califomia Code of Regulations, title 25, <br />division 1, chapter 1, subchapter 1 (CCR, T25), and <br />including by reference the Uniform Housing Code, 1997 <br />Edition, prepared by the International Conference of <br />Building Officials, one (1) copy of which is on file with the <br />City Clerk for use by the public. <br /> <br />C. Where there is a reference in the Code to the "Building <br />Official" it shall mean the "Chief Building Official" or in <br />the absence of the Chief, the Interim, Temporary or Acting <br />Chief Building Official." <br /> <br />Section 8: Chapter 20.32 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"20.32.010 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />A.
