Clerk to call Service Heat to install <br />COUNCILMAN ABROTT said plans and profile of Sewer Fiorio property on Rose <br />Ave. was agreeable. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 215 An Ordinance Amending subdivisions 4 and 6 of Section 5 <br />and Sections 11, 12,. 13, and 14 of Ordinance 85. And repealing Ordinances <br />105 112 115 139- 165 -198 and 205 <br />MAYOR OXSEN Suggested a meeting with Pleasanton Township Water District. <br />The Council is still waiting for certain legal opinion from the District <br />Attorney. Discussion on Ordinance No. 215. Ordinance No. 215 was <br />introduced by Councilman Trimingham. <br />On motion Councilman Hansen, seconded by Councilman Abrott, and approved <br />by all Councilmen to Waive Reading Ordinance No.. 215. <br />C� RESOLUTION, NO. 2196 Authorizing Payment of 1 Le 8oi Model Ppgtable Air <br />Compressor in the amount of $1,022.25 was adppted on motion of Councilmen <br />Abrott and approved Py all Councilmen present. <br />Eta RESOLUTION N0. 2197 authorizing mment of interest in the amount of <br />$1,362.00 on the 1948 Sewage Disposal Bonds, was adopted on motion of <br />Councilman Trimingham, seconded by Councilman Hansen and approved by all <br />Councilmen present. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2198 authorizing payment of salaries in the amount of <br />$3,347.50 for the month of November was adopted on motion of Councilman <br />Trimingham, seconded by Councilman Abrott, and approved by all Councilmen <br />present. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2199 Resolution Declaring Results of Election, Proposition <br />A, shall the City Council of the Town of Pleasanton here after appoint the <br />bity Clerk? <br />Results of the Votes Cast. <br />Total Ballots Cast 275 <br />150 No <br />124 Yes <br />1 Spoiled <br />275 Total <br />THERE BEING no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 12 :47 to meet again in regular adjourned session on December 10, <br />1952. <br />C 1 <br />93: <br />1 <br />
