94 <br />Pleasanton, California <br />December 10, 1951 <br />THE COUNCIL of the Town of Pleasanton met in adjourned regular session at 8:00 <br />pm. on the above date with Mayor A. W. Oxsen in the chair. <br />ROLL CALL showed present Councilmen Hansen, Trimingham. <br />Absent: Councilmen Abrott due to death in family. <br />Councilman Hewitson due to illness. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 215 read and discussed by Council and City Attorney. <br />Ordinance No. 215 was read, and on motion of Councilman Hansen, seconded by <br />Councilman Trimingham, was passed and adopted by the following vote. <br />Ayes: Councilmen Oxsen, Trimingham, and Hansen. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Councilmen Abrott and Hewitson. <br />Councilman Hansen asked to hire help for street Department. The rains and <br />storm had caused extra work on the street.dept. <br />O.K.'d by Council to hire help., <br />MAYOR OXSEN to put notice in Pleasanton Times. Pasture land avail- <br />able, adjacent new sewage Disposal Plant. Council will entertain bids at next <br />regular meeting January 7, at 7:30 p.m. by interested party's. <br />G. SOBIELA quoted $515.00 price of Souza Brothers for cast iron pipe or terra <br />cota, embedded in concrete 180', including manhole by Fiorios on Rose Ave. <br />Consult Engineer Goodridge. <br />
