The following resolutions were then presented:
<br />Resolutions No. 1682 -- Authorizing the payment of the salaries of the municipal officers for
<br />the ..month of March amounting to $770.00. The resolution was adopted on motion of
<br />Councilman Madsen, seconded by Councilman Brenner and with all the councilmen in favor
<br />of same.
<br />Resolution No. 1683 -- Authorizin the Clerk to cancel License No. 169 -- Golden West
<br />Cleaners - cleaning, dyeing 24.00 issued in error. The resolution was adopted on
<br />motion'of Councilman Madsen, seconded by Councilman Brenner and with all the council-
<br />men in favor of same.
<br />Resolution No. 1684 -- Authorizing the Clerk to borrow from the General Fund and transfer
<br />to the Municipal Improvement Bond Fund and the 1929 Municipal Improvement Bond Fund,
<br />the following: To the Municipal Improvement Bond Fund $171.76, to the 1929 Municipal
<br />Improvement Bond Fund $88.22,. The resolution was adopted on motion of Councilman
<br />Madsen, seconded by Councilman Rivolta and with all the councilmen in favor of same.
<br />Resolution No. 1685 -- Authorizing the Clerk,to draw a warrant on the Town Treasurer in
<br />favor of T. H. Silver, Town Treasurer, for the sum of $2920.00 in payment of 29th
<br />Municipal Improvement Bond amounting to $1000.00 and 12 coupons of interest
<br />$22.50 -- $270.00, and the llth-Munici al Improvement Bond of 1929 amounting to
<br />$1000.00 and 26 coupons of interest @ 125.00 -- $650,.00. The resolution was adopted
<br />on motion of Councilman Brenner, seconded by Councilman Trimingham and with all the
<br />councilmen in favor of same.
<br />Resolution No. 1686 -- Authorizing the Clerk to draw a warrant on the Town Treasurer in favor
<br />of Macedoni Chtalini for the sum of 01.00 for right -of -way privileges for the period
<br />April 1, 1938 to March 31, 1939. The resolution was adopted on motion of Councilman
<br />Madsen, seconded by Councilman Brenner and with all the councilmen in favor of same.
<br />There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 1 '15 o'clock to meet in
<br />regular session, Monday evening, May 1st at 8 o c k.
