NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Recitals. The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein as true <br /> statements of fact. <br /> 2. Definitions. First Supplemental Agreement -that certain agreement between <br /> City and District entitled, "First Supplemental Agreement to <br /> Agreement for Wastewater Disposal Services dated September 2, <br /> 1997. <br /> G.
