FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SERVICES This Agreement, made and entered into this 02 S day of Sepre lt6eR, 1997, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation of the State of California "City and the DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT, a public agency of the State of California "District WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, City and District entered into that certain Agreement entitled "Agreement for Wastewater Disposal Services" dated as of November 3, 1992 (hereinafter defined as the "Basic Agreement pursuant to which provision is made for the wastewater treatment and disposal requirements of City and District; and WHEREAS, supplemental agreements may be made to the Basic Agreement pursuant to Paragraph 17 thereof; and WHEREAS, City, District, and the City of Livermore, California are member agencies of the Livermore Amador Valley Water Management Agency (hereinafter defined as "LAVWMA and WHEREAS, representatives of LAVWMA's member agencies have executed that certain document entitled, "Principles of Agreement for LAVWMA Expansion Project," dated April 10, 1997; and WHEREAS, the governing bodies of LAVWMA's member agencies and the Board of Directors of LAVWMA, have approved the Principles of Agreement; and WHEREAS, to implement certain portions of the Principles of Agreement, City and District enter into this supplemental agreement to the Basic Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS: 1.
