"Effective Date upon its approval by the City Council of City and the Board of <br /> Directors of District. <br /> 2. Definitions. For purposes of this Agreement, the following words, <br /> terms, and phrases shall have the meanings hereinafter respectively ascribed <br /> thereto; provided, that those words, terms, or phrases identified with the phrase <br /> "Basic Agreement Definition" have the same meaning as that appearing in the Basic <br /> Agreement: <br /> A. ADWF (Average Dry Weather Flow) the average daily <br /> Wastewater influent flow over three consecutive months of lowest <br /> flows in any calendar year. <br /> B. CEQA the California Environmental Quality Act (Pub. Res. C. <br /> §21000 et seq.) <br /> D. City the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation of the State <br /> of California. <br /> E. Contract Year the period commencing upon the date first <br /> hereinabove written and expiring one (1) year thereafter, and each <br /> successive one -year period. <br /> F. Disposal Capacity Basic Agreement Definition. <br /> G. Disposal Capacity Rights Basic Agreement Definition. <br /> H. District the Dublin San Ramon Services District, a public agency <br /> located in the Counties of Alameda and Contra Costa, California. <br /> I. District's Berrenda Mesa Project a proposed project of District <br /> providing a maximum of 7000 acre feet per annum of potable water <br /> entitlements to meet foreseeable projected water consumption demands of <br /> District, which entitlements are provided under an agreement dated <br /> September 7, 1994, by District and subsequently amended, by and between <br /> District and the Berrenda Mesa Water District. <br /> J. District's Clean Water Revival Project a project undertaken by District <br /> using reverse osmosis technology and injection of demineralized water into <br /> Agmt -10b 2 <br /> 8/27/97 <br />
