DES:dft 9/25/92R(001/54) <br /> 10/07/92R <br /> Wastewater, including stormwater runoff, <br /> industrial wastes, domestic wastes, agricultural <br /> wastes, or any combination thereof; provided, <br /> that, depending upon the context within which said <br /> defined term is used herein, said term may mean <br /> any portion, element, or component of Sewerage <br /> Facilities. <br /> (z) Storage Facilities basins, tanks, vaults, or <br /> other devices or structures and appurtenances <br /> thereto which temporarily store Sewage during <br /> periods of wet weather flow in order to meet <br /> limitations upon Disposal Capacity of the Regional <br /> Sewerage Facilities, LAVWMA, TWA or such other <br /> Joint use Facility as to which such limitations <br /> may apply. <br /> (aa) Treatment Capacity the capacity of Sewerage <br /> Facilities to treat Wastewater expressed in terms <br /> of flow (mgd), biochemical oxygen demand (B0D5) in <br /> pounds per day (lbs /day) and total suspended <br /> solids (TSS) in pounds per day (lbs /day). <br /> (bb) Treatment Capacity Rights the right to use <br /> Treatment Capacity, but excluding any ownership <br /> of, or any right or title to, any real or personal <br /> property or appurtenances thereto which provide, <br /> or facilitate the provision of, Treatment <br /> Capacity. <br /> 9 <br />
