For your reference, I have enclosed a <br />copy of City Council Ordinance No. 1272, which approved <br />the Willow Glen development. <br />As per our recent telephone conversation, a PUD <br />approval does not lapse unless a specific condition is <br />attached (i.e. indicating a specific time period after <br />which the approval expires) or the approval is <br />rescinded by the City Council. Neither of these <br />examples applies in the case of Willow Glen. In <br />addition, the Council exempted the Willow Glen project <br />from the City's growth management program at the time <br />of the PUD approval. <br />57847$066 I hope that this letter provides the verification that <br />WATER you require.
