OCT 1 3 <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO REFUSE COLLECTION AGREEMENT <br /> This Second Amendment to Refuse Collection Agreement is made <br /> and entered into on the 19th day of September, 1995, by and between <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred <br /> to as "CITY and PLEASANTON GARBAGE SERVICE, INC., a California <br /> corporation doing business in Alameda County, California, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "COLLECTOR <br /> RECITALS <br /> City and Collector entered into a Refuse Collection Agreement <br /> in May, 1989. City and Collector agreed in October, 1990 to fund <br /> a recycling program for a fixed period of time. City and Collector <br /> would like to extend this program until either cancelled by the <br /> City or modified by the parties. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set <br /> forth herein, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 20 of the Refuse Collection Agreement, as first <br /> amended on October 16, 1990, is further amended to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 20 AGREEMENT TERM AND RENEWAL <br /> 20.1 (No Change) <br /> 20.2 (No Change) <br /> 20.3 (No Change) <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br />
