20.4 The recycling program to be operated by <br /> COLLECTOR is acknowledged to be a pilot <br /> program which COLLECTOR shall be <br /> permitted to operate until cancelled by <br /> the City or until the parties agree to <br /> modify the recycling program. If the <br /> City should decide to cancel the program <br /> it shall provide 30 days written notice <br /> to the COLLECTOR." <br /> 2.
