SECTION 7 COLLECTION HOURS AND DAYS <br /> 7.1 Collector shall maintain a schedule of routes for <br /> collections on a current basis at its principal office of <br /> operation. Said schedule shall be subject to final review and <br /> approval of the City Manager. <br /> 7.2 If in the judgment of the City Manager, conditions <br /> warrant a temporary departure from the days and hours of <br /> collection as determined by the City Council, City Manager may <br /> authorize collection of refuse on such days and during such hours <br /> as he deems appropriate after consultation with collector. <br /> 7.3 To the extent reasonably possible, collection on each <br /> route shall commence at the same point, at the same time, and <br /> follow the same route each time collections are made. <br /> 7.4 Collector shall provide sufficient workers and <br /> equipment to complete within one (1) day the collection of all <br /> refuse placed for collection at a mutually agreed upon collection <br /> route within the City on the given collection day. <br /> SECTION 8 COLLECTION SCHEDULE <br /> 8.1 The Collector shall maintain at its office a current <br /> collection schedule, together with a complete map of the refuse <br /> collection districts within the City.
