as set forth in this Agreement. <br /> 20.3 No later than twenty -four (24) months prior to the <br /> expiration date of this Agreement, the Collector may request an <br /> extension to this Agreement. The City may require Collector to <br /> submit a detailed proposal describing requested terms of renewal <br /> and other pertinent information as deemed necessary by the <br /> Council. The City may establish conditions upon which a renewal <br /> would be granted. <br /> SECTION 21 TERMINATION AND DEFAULT <br /> 21.1 In addition to any other remedy herein provided, <br /> or provided by law, the City may terminate this Agreement if the <br /> Collector is in default of any material term or provision hereof; <br /> provided, however, that before such right of termination may be <br /> exercised by the City, the City shall give to the Collector at <br /> least (180) days notice, in writing, of such default, specifying <br /> the particulars in which the Collector is in default, the City <br /> Manager and Collector shall meet within seven (7) days and agree <br /> on a corrective action plan to cure the default and if such <br /> default is cured, the Agreement shall not be terminated by the <br /> City. <br /> Should the City Manager and Collector be unable to agree on <br /> a corrective action plan, the City Council will make the final <br /> decision subject to appropriate judicial review. <br /> 21 <br />
