SECTION 25 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 25.1 The Collector shall obtain all permits and <br /> licenses required by the City, County, State and Federal <br /> governments. <br /> 25.2 The Collector shall comply with all applicable <br /> laws of the City, County, State and Federal governments. <br /> 25.3 The provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> relating to refuse collection and disposal are hereby <br /> incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement, and whenever <br /> the provisions of the Code conflict with the terms of this <br /> Agreement, the terms of said Code shall supersede the provisions <br /> of the Agreement. <br /> 25.4 Time shall be of the essence of this Agreement. <br /> The Collector shall not be relieved of his obligation to comply <br /> promptly with any of the provisions of this Agreement by any <br /> failure of the City to enforce prompt compliance. <br /> 25.5 All notices required to be given under this <br /> Agreement shall be given by placing such notices in the United <br /> States mail, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: <br /> In the case of notice to the City: <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> c/o City Manager <br /> Post Office Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> 25 <br />
