Exhibit 2 - 1, which starts on the next page, provides a detailed graphical overview of our proposed work plan, including six (6) major tasks, and 23 subtasks, as well as the project deliverables and /or milestones for each task. The primary deliverables for this project will be the draft and final reports. Deliverables are noted in bold in Exhibit 2 -1. We further outline the deliverables and milestones in the Project Timeline provided in subsection B. Dates in Exhibit 2 -1 assume a project start date of December 15, 2010. B. Project Timeline Figure 2 - 3, below, presents our proposed schedule for the work tasks described above for Study 2. Exhibit 2 - 2, on page 2 -7, displays the details of this schedule, showing our work plan tasks and time schedule. We expect to complete Study 2 by February 28, 2011. We also assume that City staff perform their review of draft reports within two weeks of receiving the deliverable from NewPoint Group. The NewPoint Group ream will be available to meet with City staff as appropriate during the course of the project.
