Effective November 1, 1998, the salaries of all the classifications <br /> represented by PCEA shall increase by five percent (5 %). <br /> B. Effective the first pay period after November 1, 1998, the salary range of <br /> Utility Assistant shall be increased to equal the salary range of Senior <br /> Office Assistant. <br /> C.
