Fifteenth 14.000 <br /> Sixteenth 14.667 <br /> Seventeenth 15.334 <br /> Eighteenth 16.000 <br /> Nineteenth and above 16.667 <br /> Employees in their fifteenth year of eligible service as of November 1, 1996, shall during <br /> said year continue to accrue vacation at the rate of 14.667 hours per month. <br /> Any employee, except a probationary, or regular part-time employee, may be allowed to <br /> incur a forty (40) hour deficit beyond the vacation leave credited to his/her account on <br /> his/her anniversary date.
