A. Establish initially a maximum number of employees by <br /> division uho shall be required to obtain and maintain <br /> the appropriate class of commercial driver's license. <br /> B. Seek to meet the needed maximum number of licensed <br /> drivers through request for volunteers. <br /> C. Should an insufficient number of employees volunteer <br /> to meet the needed number of required drivers, <br /> selection of the remaining number of necessary <br /> drivers will be accomplished through a lottery <br /> or some similar means as established by the City. <br /> D. Establish as a condition of advancement from the <br /> maintenance worker or operator I level to the maintenance , <br /> operator II level that employees <br /> obtain the required commercial driver's license. <br /> E.
