PCEA members shall have access to Cit <br /> sports facilities on a fee and availability schedule establish*. <br /> for city residents. <br /> 34.1 Hours of Work <br /> During the term of this ag , the City agrees to study the <br /> feasibility and de of adopting the concept of variable <br /> daily work schedules commonly referred to as "flextime". <br /> Additionally, the City will review on a department by department <br /> basis modified work week proposals submitted by employees. <br /> Nothing in this Section shall limit the City's authority to <br /> establish work schedules. <br /> 34.4 Reclassification Studies <br /> During the term of this agreement the city shall conduct a <br /> reclassification study of the office assistant positions assign* <br /> to the police department and the chemical specialist position <br /> assigned to the fire department. Said studies shall include <br /> salary range adjustment if warranted. <br /> 34.5 Temporary Employee Practices <br /> If anticipated changes to the city's temporary employment policy <br /> affects PCEA bargaining unit work, the city will discuss said <br /> policy changes with representatives of the PCEA. <br /> 34.6 Coordination Health Insurance Plans Renewal Dates <br /> The city shall work with it's health insurance carriers to <br /> coordinate health insurance plan renewal dates at no cost to the <br /> employee. <br /> 34.2 Commercial Driver's License Implementation Program <br /> In it's implementation of the above program, the city will <br /> proceed in the following manner: <br />
