limitations mandated by other governmental agencies or court-imposed
moratoria or other limitations.
VI. Detachment and Lot Line Adjustment
A. Detachment. The parties intend that the ultimate City boundary shall be
located at the northeasterly edge of the right-of--way of the realigned
Vineyard Avenue. To have the city limit line located at this practical
location requires the detachment of that portion of the Property lying north
of the northeasterly edge of the right-of--way. The parties agree to take the
steps necessary to subdivide or adjust lot lines in order to establish a lot
boundary capable of becoming a city limit line in accordance with Local
Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) requirements. The parties
further agree to using good faith efforts in taking such steps as may be
required to gain favorable approval of these boundary adjustments,
including, but not limited to, property tax-sharing agreements, applications
to LAFCO, and support for the boundary adjustments at associated
hearings.
Revision #2, Draft Lin Development Agreement Page 11 of 17
