C169-018 " �VVJI <br /> -', c <br /> violation of any provision of the Project Documents. <br /> Penalties may include but are not limited to: fines, ( 1 <br /> temporary suspension of voting rights, or other appro- <br /> priate disciplinary action, or any combination thereof, <br /> provided that the accused Member is given notice at <br /> least fifteen (15) days before the proposed effective <br /> date of the imposition of said penalties and the oppor- <br /> tunity to be heard by the Association, either orally or <br /> in writing, at least five (5 ) days before the proposed <br /> effective date of the imposition of said penalties, <br /> before a decision to impose the penalties is made. <br /> 15 . 2 .3 Enforcement. The Association shall <br /> have the authority to enforce this Declaration in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Article VIII . <br /> 15.2 .4 Contracts. The Association shall <br /> have the power to contract for goods and/or services <br /> for the Common Area or for the Association, subject-to <br /> limitations elsewhere set forth in the Project Docu- <br /> ments. <br /> 15. 2 . 5 Delegation.
