• <br /> 9 . 10 . 82 E[- i38831 <br /> • <br /> C169-018 <br /> each 350 gross square feet of space in such indus- <br /> trial buildings; <br /> (c) Lots containing warehouse buildings <br /> shall have at least one parking space for each 450 <br /> gross square feet of space in such warehouse <br /> buildings; <br /> (d) If there is a conflict between. the <br /> foregoing and the parking ordinances of the City <br /> of Pleasanton, the more restrictive standard shall <br /> prevail. <br /> 4.8 .2 Parking areas shall be paved and shall <br /> be laid out and constructed in compliance with this <br /> Declaration and the Development Plan and maintained <br /> thereafter in good condition. If parking requirements <br /> increase as a result of a change in use or number of <br /> employees, additional off-street parking may be <br /> required to satisfy the intent of this section. Park- <br /> ing areas shall not be located within the Public Ser- <br /> vice Easement of a Lot. <br /> • 4. 8 .3 Parking shall not be permitted: <br /> (a) On any Street in or adjacent to the <br /> Park; <br /> (b) Closer than thirty (30) feet to a <br /> Front Property Line on Lots A through F, 23, 24, <br /> and to the Front Property Line on Lot 25 along <br /> Quarry Avenue, and closer than twenty-five (25) <br /> feet to any other Front Property Line; and <br /> -31- <br />
