The number, size and location of <br /> all driveways on each Lot shall be determined at the sole <br /> judgment of the Architectural Review Board, after consider- <br /> ing the proposed use of the Lot and the planned and actual <br /> traffic flow in the Park. The Architectural Review Board, <br /> at its sole judgment, may permit a maximum of one common <br /> driveway on each Lot, provided that all common driveways <br /> shown on the Map described in Paragraph A shall be per- <br /> mitted. <br /> 4. 10 Lighting. Lighting approved by the Police <br /> Department of the City of Pleasanton shall be provided <br /> around the perimeters of all buildings. All lighting shall ( <br /> be constructed so that glare is directed away from other <br /> Lots and Streets. <br /> 4.11 Utility Services . All onsite extensions of <br /> utility lines shall be placed underground. Electrical <br /> transformers, transformer pads and vaults, and utility <br /> meters shall be screened with materials architecturally <br /> compatible with the main buildings on a Lot. <br /> 4.12 Screening. All electrical and mechanical <br /> apparatus, equipment, and fixtures (other than exterior <br /> lighting fixtures ) , whether roof mounted, exterior-wall- <br /> mounted, or pad-mounted at grade, including, but not limited <br /> to heating/ventilating/air conditioning equipment, air <br /> compressors, pad-mounted tanks of any kind or for any use, L_ <br /> -32- <br />
