The Association <br /> shall have the power to determine, pursuant to the provi- <br /> sions of Section 8.4, in its sole judgment, upon its own <br /> initiative or upon complaint, whether a violation of any <br /> provision of this article is occurring upon any Lot, and any <br /> such determination by the Association shall be conclusive. <br /> ARTICLE V <br /> MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br /> 5.1 Maintenance of Property. Each Owner shall at <br /> all times keep, maintain, repair, and restore his Lot and <br /> the Improvements, landscaping, and paving thereon in a <br /> sound, safe, clean and attractive condition. Each Owner <br /> shall also keep, maintain, repair; and restore his Lot and <br /> the Improvements, landscaping, and paving thereon in com- <br /> pliance- with all valid laws , ordinances, and regulations of <br /> any governmental entity having jurisdiction over the Lot. <br /> 5 .2 Failure to Maintain and Repair.
