The Architectural Review ,:.. <br /> Board and Declarant and their authorized agents, representa- <br /> tives, assignees and employees shall have the right to enter <br /> upon and inspect any Lot for the purpose of ascertaining <br /> whether or not the provisions of this Declaration have been <br /> or are being complied with, and taking whatever corrective <br /> action may be deemed necessary or proper, consistent with <br /> the provisions of this Declaration, and shall not be deemed <br /> guilty of or liable for trespass by reason of such entry. <br /> However, nothing herein shall be construed to impose any <br /> obligation upon Declarant or the Architectural Review Board <br /> to maintain or repair any portion of any, Lot or improvements <br /> thereon which is to be maintained or repaired by the Owner <br /> thereof. Nothing in this section shall in any manner limit( <br /> the right of any Owner to the exclusive occupancy and con- <br /> trol over his Lot.
