Each such Enforce- <br /> ment Expense, together with interest, costs, and rea- <br /> sonable attorneys ' fees and costs incurred by the <br /> Association in the collection thereof, shall also be <br /> the personal obligation of the Owner causing the <br /> Enforcement Expense to be incurred. The personal obli- <br /> gation of an Owner for, a delinquent Enforcement Expense <br /> shall not pass to his successors in title unless <br /> expressly assumed by them but any Enforcement Lien <br /> created hereunder shall remain a charge against the Lot <br /> except as to bona fide purchasers or encumbrancers for <br /> value without notice and as set forth in Section 8.2 . ( <br /> No Owner of a Lot may exempt himself from liability for • <br /> an Enforcement Expense by the abandonment of his Lot. <br /> 8.2 .2 Effect of Nonpayment of Enforcement <br /> Expense. _ <br /> (a) Any. Enforcement Expense charged <br /> against a Lot which is not paid when due shall become <br /> delinquent. With respect to each Enforcement Expense <br /> not paid within fifteen (15 ) days after its due date, <br /> the Association may, at its option, require the Owner <br /> to pay a late charge in a sum to be determined by the <br /> Association.
