The Architectural <br /> Review Board shall have the exclusive right to grant to any <br /> Lot or Owner such variances from the restrictions set forth <br /> in this Declaration as the Architectural Review Board, in <br /> its sole discretion, determines is in the best interest of <br /> the Park. <br /> 9.2 Granting of Variance. Any variance granted <br /> hereunder shall be effective only if made in writing. <br /> • <br /> ARTICLE X <br /> TERM, TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION <br /> 10. 1 Term.
