Every lease or other agreement for the hire ("lease" ) <br /> of any portion of the Property subject to this Declaration <br /> shall be subject to the provisions of this Declaration, and <br /> every tenant or occupant of a Lot or a portion thereof shall <br /> in all applicable respects comply with the provisions of <br /> this Declaration.
