The \` <br /> Owner of each Lot covenants and agrees to the foregoing and <br /> that he shall cooperate with the Association as requested by <br /> - the Association. <br /> 13 .2 Membership. The Owner of a Lot shall auto- <br /> matically, upon becoming the owner of same, be a Member of <br /> the Association, and shall remain a Member thereof until <br /> such time as his ownership ceases for any reason, at which <br /> time his membership in the Association shall automatically <br /> cease. Membership shall be held in accordance with the <br /> Articles and Bylaws. <br /> 13 .3 Membership Classes and Voting Rights. The <br /> Association shall have two (2 ) classes of voting membership: ( ) <br /> 13 .3.1 Class A Members . Class A Members <br /> shall be all Owners of record. Each Owner of record <br /> shall be entitled to one vote for each square foot -of <br /> land contained in his Lot. Notwithstanding the fore- <br /> going, Class A Members shall not have the right to vote <br /> until the Class B membership ceases. <br /> 13 .3 .2 Class B Member.
