granted, or otherwise conveyed to Livermore pertaining to the <br /> Sewerage Facilities or Livermore's Collection System shall <br /> likewise be vested in Livermore. Without limitation upon the <br /> foregoing, title to any and all such additions, revisions, <br /> replacements, or other improvements including real property <br /> rights acquired in connection therewith, which is, or are, funded <br /> by expenditures to Livermore's Sewerage Facilities made hereof <br /> shall be vested in Livermore. <br /> 5. OPERATION OF FACILITIES. <br /> (a) Collection Systems- General. Livermore and <br /> Pleasanton shall each operate, maintain, repair, improve and <br /> replace their respective Collection Systems and shall maintain <br /> and preserve said systems in good condition and working order, <br /> all in accordance with sound engineering practices, the <br /> requirements of the Clean Water Acts and rules and regulations <br /> implementive thereof. Each party shall institute and maintain an <br /> Infiltration and Inflow reduction plan for their respective <br /> Collection Systems as provided in paragraph 6(b) hereof. <br /> (b) Livermore Sewerage Facilities Livermore shall <br /> operate, maintain, manage and control the Livermore Sewerage <br /> Facilities in an efficient and economical manner and maintain and <br /> preserve them in good repair and working order, all in accordance <br /> with sound engineering practices, the Clean Water Acts, rules and <br /> regulations implementive thereof, Livermore Wastewater Discharge <br /> Requirements and Livermore's NPDES permit.
