At the time of issuance of the building permit for
each non-residential facility within the Ruby Hill Project
requiring sewer service from the City, a sewer connection fee, in
an amount equal to the sewer connection fee then in effect
generally throughout the City for other comparable non-
residential facilities shall be paid to 'the City; except that
sewer connection fees due for the Ruby Hill Project' s proposed
country club facilities, golf course, sales center and homeowner -
association facilities shall be credited against the amount owed
to the City by the Developer pursuant to this Sewer Service
Agreement.
H.
