(m) Treatment Capacity Rights - the right :to use <br /> sanitary sewerage treatment capacity, as a <br /> component of the Sewerage Facilities, expressed in <br /> terms of treatment of permitted land uses of <br /> December, 1992, for the Ruby Hill Project Area; <br /> provided, further, that Treatment Capacity Rights <br /> do not include ownership of, or any right or title <br /> to, any real or personal property, or improvements <br /> of Livermore or Livermore's except recycled water <br /> as described in Paragraph 5(b) . <br /> (n) Wastewater Discharge Requirements - Any <br /> requirements imposed on Livermore's Sewer Facility <br /> and its operations by the RWQCB including <br /> conditions and requirements of all RWQCB orders <br /> and permits. <br /> 2. TEEM. The term of this agreement shall commence upon <br /> the date hereof and shall continue for not less than thirty (30) <br /> years and shall continue thereafter so long as the Livermore <br /> Sewerage Facilities shall remain in service, or until the parties <br /> by agreement provide otherwise, pursuant to the provisions of <br /> paragraph 13 . <br /> • <br /> 3 .
