VII. CONCLUSION <br /> This extension will enable these Hacienda Phase I and Phase II properties to proceed <br /> with their development. This extension would not alter or modify the obligations and <br /> responsibilities described in the original Development Agreement as they apply to them. <br /> Staff supports the request for the extensions and recommends that the Planning <br /> Commission provide a positive recommendation to the City Council. <br /> VIII.
