Attachment A to Task Order No. 002 to Tri-Valley Intergovernmental '1 eciprocall Services Master Agreement dated December 4, 2014 Scope of Work Section 1 Background This task order references the Tn-Valley Intergovernmental Services Master Agreement entered into on December 4, 2014 (the "Agreement") with City of Dublin, City of Livermore, City of Pleasanton, City of San Ramon, DSRSD and Zone 7 to efficiently coordinate interagency efforts to reduce costs, increase efficiency, or achieve higher quality work-product by providing services and resources to the other parties This Task Order is per Section 5 of the Agreement Section 2 Description of work for this task order Task Order#2 for FYE 2016 is for Mutual Aid to respond to sewer cleaning, sewer repairs,sanitary sewer overflows (SSO's), and other emergency conditions that affect either the City of Pleasanton or DSRSD, with services to be provided at the verbal or written request of the affected agency Invoicing for work performed under this Task Order will occur within thirty (30) calendar days following their completion of the work Party requesting services under this Task Order shall provide a site supervisor for any work done in the jurisdiction of the requesting party by the responding party Requesting party's site supervisor will accept work as complete on-site, and the responding party has no obligation to correct any alleged errors Therefore, Section 10 (Obligation to Correct Errors) of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Exhibit B to the Agreement is not applicable Section 3 Estimated date of completion FYE 2016 (June 30, 2016) Section 4 Cost estimate breakdown for task order Not to exceed $10,000 00 Requesting party shall reimburse responding party for staff time (including benefits and over-time, as applicable), materials, and any loss or damage to equipment Rates shall not include overhead or any mark-ups Section 5 Insurance
