I am in complete <br /> dissagreement to the "planning process" because of the drought. It is 100% not appropriate and is <br /> not reasonable as this area will not start building for several years and take over ten years to <br /> complete. I know first hand that Numerous residents on the Task Force have spent three years <br /> considering public input and planning parameters and now you want to ignore all these efforts and <br /> stop. I have personally attended 4 meeting to provide input. The proposed 1300 home plan is a <br /> long term plan and provides many benefits to the City and interested residents.
