Traffic. The Lund Ranch development will create an estimated 550 additional vehicle trips per day through the road <br /> recommended (this is according to the Environmental Impact Report). <br /> 2. Measure PP. This measure was passed by the citizens of Pleasanton six years ago, and prohibits building or grading <br /> for any structure on any hillside with a slope greater than 25%. If Sunset Creek Lane is the recommendation, it is a <br /> violation of PP. <br /> 3. Impact on the environment.
